She loved the fact that Rudolph "signed" the certificate along with Santa Claus!

Next, was a picture signed by Santa.

She said that he looked very busy in the picture, but she was happy to see him enjoying his "cookies and milk."

Also inside was a signed picture of Rudolph when he was a baby reindeer!

Ireland couldn't get over how cute he was! She loved that he also included a "handwritten" note.

Finally, there was a personalized letter from Santa Claus that included information only Santa would know: her favorite foods, her cousin's name, and how she's been helping out at home.

She was super thrilled with her letter and couldn't wait to tell her cousin that Santa said he would be visiting her house too!

Overall, this was a very pleasant experience for us—and magical for Ireland. She loves that Santa "thought" of her and that she was so important to be featured on his wall in the video.
